[Rover X10] First day failure

Yesterday I tried my newly purchased Mova Rover x10At the first use it gave me Rear Right Pump Error , recommended to clean.
I cleaned it with clean water with garden hose but still error persisted to stay.
I contacted with after sales (Belgium) but there is no clear way to solve the problem
I am really disappointed and frustrated
I asked after sales to replace the defective product
Is there any clear instructions to solve this error

1. Clean the pump of the robot.
2. Restart the robot.
3. If the issue still exists, kindly upload the logs via the App and provide your device SN to us so we can analyze the problem further.
