P10 Pro Ultra - gifs of pets

Last week Salt kindly helped me find how to find the pet gifs automatically generated (thanks again, Salt). I've been able to look at them but most of the time when I try to download them I get the message that the download failed. After trying different ways to do it I sometimes get that the gif was downloaded ... but I can't find where it was downloaded. I've used the file manager on both my phone and the cloud and can't find them anywhere. I want to be able to share the gifs, but right now all I can do it look at them in the MOVAHome app or delete them.

Hello, pet GIFs can be downloaded and will be saved directly to the phone album after downloading.
Maybe you need to clear the cache of the APP or download the latest version in the app store.

I finally figured out what happened. I had not enabled the storage permission. Once I did that everything worked fine. Thanks Mova Support for your response.
