Leaving debris behind

I've had my Mova a couple of weeks but have noticed it is leaving some debris behind on my front room rug, just onnthe edge near a corner. I have to pick this up. It's in a clump so I'm wondering if it has got caught? Also I've noticed it now isn't always picking up all the dirt and bits have been missed in my hard floors? This is just the vacuum, the mop seems to be fine.
