Good morning, we apologize for the inconvenience. I fully understand your concern, especially regarding the robotic mower ramming the charging station at full speed and bending the charging contacts.
You mentioned that the issue can be triggered even by a one‑second power cut. I would like to confirm whether this problem only occurs after a power outage. When power is lost, the mower will search for the base station, which may cause unwanted behaviour if the power has been off for an extended period. Once the charging station loses power, the robot will perceive itself as being outside the dock. If it stays in standby for more than one hour, it will attempt to return to the base automatically. You may disable the "Standby Timeout Auto‑Return‑to‑Dock" option in your app settings.
If this happens during normal daily use without any power interruptions and the robot still docks with excessive force, could you confirm whether the latest incident took place at 4 a.m. on August 25th? I will send you the log‑upload instructions shortly. After you clarify the scenario, we will check the logs from that time frame. We look forward to your reply. |
