Good morning, thank you very much for your feedback. Regarding your question about placing the base station outside the mowing area, you can find the "Corridor Setting" on the map creation page or the "Map Edit" page in the App. Then remotely control the robot to the working area to set the start point of the corridor. Next, navigate the robot to the front of the base station and set the end point (keep the robot’s head as close to the base plate as possible, but do not drive the robot into the dock). After that, the corridor will be generated. We hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Hello,  thank you for those instructions. My lawn is raised 150mm above the patio, the mower quite happily ascends the ramp but completely refuses to descend it, at first I assumed it saw the contrasting border colour as a no go area, but even when covered in astroturf it will not travel down, can you help please?

Good morning. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I understand it is very inconvenient for you that the mower can climb up the ramp smoothly but refuses to go down at all. Could you please send us a video showing this scenario? I will forward it directly to the technical team to look into the details. In addition, please upload the machine's operation log and provide us with the lawn mower model and SN. Looking forward to your reply.
