Wood Floor Care Solution

Hi! How can I use the Wood Floor Care Solution with my V50 Ultra? In the app I can select only the Pet Odor Solution for Tank B. Will there be any update for the robot, to be able to recognize wooden floor? Can I use now this wood floor care solution? Thanks!

Good morning, thank you very much for your feedback. Regarding your question about using the wood floor care solution with the V50, yes, you can use it. The V50 has a dual-chamber cleaning solution tank. The floor cleaning solution added in Chamber A will be dispensed when the robot washes the mop at the base station. You can fill Chamber B with either the pet odor solution or the wood floor care solution, which will be fed into the robot’s internal water tank for floor cleaning.
