Hello,
I recently purchased a MOVA S70 Ultra Roller and have noticed an issue with how it wash the roller in dock station. Regardless of the mop-washing settings, selected in the dock, the robot seems to wash the mop using the same water temperature and the same amount of water.
The water left in the tank (dirty water) is slightly warm each time, so the water-heating function appears to be working. I have tried setting the water temperature to Normal (when it should not heat the water), Warm, and High, but I have not noticed any difference in the temperature of the leftover water. It is slightly warm each time. I do not expect the water to reach 100°C during mop washing, but I would expect it to feel hot when the setting is High temperature.
I saw a video on YouTube where someone even saw steam while the mop was being washed. I wonder whether this could be an issue with the app.
The hot-air drying function works. The mop may not reach 70°C, but it does feel warm.
I have restarted both the dock and the robot, but nothing changed. I also restarted my Android phone, with the same result. The app says that I have the latest software version.
If you have any suggestions for resolving this issue, please let me know.
