I just got my Mova yesterday and was so excited to start using it. Everything was ok until it started to mop. I got a abnormal water level in washboard so I went and had to clean out water because it isn't getting sucked up to the dirty bin. Its just staying on the wasboard. I have cleaned it and checked for clogging and can't find any. I have contacted Mova and I think they are working on it but not sure when I will hear back. I am so bummed with this robot to not be working this soon! Anyone have any suggestions?
Hello, abnormal water level in the washboard is closely related to the seal of the wastewater tank. You can check whether the wastewater tank is installed correctly.
