I am trying to set up the video function. I tapped the button three times, as instructed, and it asks for an activation code. Where is this activation code?
Hello! After pressing the button three times and hearing the voice prompt, please go to the MOVAhome app, click the video icon on the homepage, and then set up the activation code. This code acts as a password to start the camera and protect your privacy.
I can get to this part. If I go back to the homepage and click video, I still don’t get a number. Where do I get the actual number? When I click the video again, it takes me back to starting the process
