I just received my new MOVA p10 ultra and am currently completing my first clean. A few questions I have:
1) Is it supposed to mop before it vacuums?
2) I’m noticing it is not picking up all the dirt on the floor. Is this because it needs to be on a specific setting to do this? There is dirt left behind and then it goes on to other rooms.
