I just got the P10 pro ultra yesterday. I set it up and performed a deep mop+vacuum. It completed the clean, nothing seemed broken. Today I set it to do a normal vacuum+mop clean, it prepped the mop pads, left the base, travelled 2 feet, and then stopped.
I've fiddled with it for awhile, moving the robot myself, flipping it over and making sure nothing is broken, restarting it, trying different cleans, changing settings in the app... It won't move at all, not an inch since it stopped. help!
