Hello, do you mean carpet?

We recommend a short-pile, light-colored carpet less than 2 cm thick.

I tried to use my MOVA P50 Pro Ultra this morning to vacuum and this is what she did and said the cleaning task was complete.

Also, here is the picture of my carpet.  She did not even clean the hardwood floors.

Would this improve if you selected "Clean Carpets First" on the carpet setting?
