Sorry, this feature was removed in a previous firmware update.
The robot's default return-to-base threshold is 15% battery. It is abnormal for the robot to fail to return to the charging base due to depleted battery. Please follow these steps to check:
Check for obstacles blocking the path between the charging base and the work area.
Ensure the area within 1 meter around the charging base is clear and level
Verify the charging base has not been relocated. Moving the base may also prevent the robot from returning. You can manually guide the MOVA 600 back to the base via remote control; the robot will automatically update the base location during its next operational cycle
Confirm the base is connected to power and functioning normally. Under normal conditions, the indicator light should be solid blue
Is the base station's reflective sticker clean and unobstructed?
Check for nearby reflective objects similar to the sticker, such as mirrors, reflective road signs, open umbrellas, or highly reflective metal railings that may mislead the MOVA 600.
Is the base station's base plate or the robot's drive wheels clogged with dirt?
Is the MOVA 600's radar clean and unobstructed?
If the issue persists, please upload logs via the app and privately message us with the robot's SN number and firmware version.
