[MOVA 1000 and MOVA 600] P10 Pro Ultra

I am trying to find the SKU to register my new P10 Pro Ultra. Where is this located? I found the serial on the box but the registration page says "Starts with MG-, MC-, or MM- " for the SKU and I don't see any numbers starting with those prefix's. Thanks

Sorry, please ignore the previous reply. To avoid misunderstanding, we have removed it.

There are two ways to add a device: "Scan QR Code" and "Manually Add." Neither method requires entering a SKU number.

To better assist you, could you update with a screenshot of where you are asked to enter the SKU number?

Add a device to what? The App? Does this register the robot and validate the warranty? That is my goal. My robot is in the app and working already. Its the warranty that I want to be sure is valid.
 
Hello, are you referring to registering your warranty in the app?

Usually, warranty coverage is based on your invoice. Simply provide your invoice and the robot's SN number when contacting after-sales service. They will use this information to determine if the warranty is valid.
