I can’t see the store in the app.

Reading Mode
When I try to open/start the store through the app, I get an error message about an invalid multipass request. What can I do or what is going wrong?

This might be caused by a weak signal. We recommend refreshing the page multiple times to try.
You can also try clearing the app cache or logging out and logging back into the app to see if that resolves the issue.
