Hello,
We recommend manually starting the mop cleaning task to check whether the base station can dispense water properly.
If the base station cannot drain water, please contact our after-sales service team for further assistance.
If the base station drains water normally, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Remove the mop pads from the mop pad holder, and install only the holder onto the robot.
2. Start a mopping task from the base station and let the robot run for about 5 minutes.
3. Check if there are any water droplets on the floor.
If you see water droplets, it means the robot is dispensing water normally. In this case, please increase the mop washing frequency and mop moisture level.
If there is no water output during the test, remove the mop pad holder and gently poke the water outlet at the bottom of the robot using a metal wire, toothpick, or similar tool. Then check if the mopping issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, you may need to contact our after-sales service team for further assistance.
