Hello,
1. If the base station/charging dock has been moved or the surrounding environment has changed significantly, the robot may lose its positioning. In this case, please restart the cleaning task.
2. If the floor is wet, the main wheels may slip, or the robot may get stuck, which can also cause positioning failure. Please check the floor condition. Before the robot starts working, you can tidy up scattered items, cables, etc., or enable virtual walls/no-go zones to prevent the robot from getting stuck.
3. For better cleaning performance, we recommend not following the robot closely while it is operating.
4. Please check whether the LDS sensor is blocked by any foreign objects (such as plastic film or stickers). If so, please clean it thoroughly.
5. Please check whether the LDS is rotating properly. If it rotates normally, manually place the robot back on the base and try again. If it does not rotate, check whether there are any foreign objects stuck inside the LDS and clean them out.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our after-sales service for further assistance.
