Mova Z60 doesn’t vacuum whole of 1 room

Hi I’ve just got this Robot and have mapped then remapped the whole house clearing all areas. It has mapped the rooms correctly however when vacuuming the carpets area it will not complete the whole room. It does a small section as shown in the picture then goes back to dry the mop even though it is set to vacuum first and only that room before the rest of the house. It also does only that small section of the room on a scheduled clean and then says cleaning complete unless I set it to clean globally. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve checked all my setting and schedule and everything is correct within the app. Section 1 is where the main problem seems to be which is the only carpeted area in the home downstairs.
