Hi My Mova didn’t make it back to base station. Lost its charge. So I put it on the base station but it isn’t recharging and it says it’s off line because no charge. What shall I do?

Hello there!
we have received your feedback that your V50 fails to return to the charging station automatically. Please troubleshoot as follows:
Check if the charging station is powered off or moved. Connect the power supply and place it back in its original position.
Remove all obstacles around the charging station to keep the area clear.
If the robot gets stuck or alerts errors during work, place it back to the station manually.
Put the charging station on flat ground, uneven surface will affect returning.
For system failure, place the robot 1 meter in front of the station and tap the recall button.
