Account access lost

Please help me get back acces to my mova 1000. I got logged out over winter and there is no longer an option to log in with my email account (yahoo). I need support to unbind my mower from my previous account on this phone but dreame/mova support has done nothing for a whole week although they have all info. My support ticket no is 384974.
