Hello, please troubleshoot the false "dirty water tank full" alert following these steps:
Take out the cleaning plate and clear any blockages at the sewage outlet;
Before reinstalling the tank, wipe the tank seal if dirty and reposition it manually if loose;
Fasten all tank clips tightly after emptying the dirty water tank;
Put the tank back into the charging station and press down gently to fit securely;
Check the two sealing rings inside the station for damage and proper installation;
Open the tank lid and inspect its seal for lifting, shifting or damage, which will cause the error.
