V50 will not clean close to kitchen plinths

Hi, further to your request, see attached video of my vacuum not cleaning close to the edge of the kitchen plinths. The height of the plinths is 14cm and it is 7cm deep. It does not matter what time of day/night I run a cleaning schedule (currently set to midnight). I have shared the vacuum to your support account as requested. I have also attached a copy of the area on the map as I think it shows what the lidar may be seeing.

Regarding your issue that the robot cannot clean closely along kitchen plinths, please adjust the following settings to improve edge cleaning performance:
Open the APP, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, enter Floor Cleaning Settings, and turn off Collision Avoidance Mode. When this mode is enabled, the robot will keep a distance from walls and furniture, resulting in incomplete edge cleaning.
Set the extension strength of the side brush and mop to High, which can better cover edge corners and enhance cleaning along plinths.
After adjusting the settings, please start a new cleaning task and check if the edge cleaning is improved.
If the problem persists, kindly provide your device serial number (SN). We will arrange technical staff to remotely check your robot.

Hello cleaning run started at 14:20 UK time. Took 18mins to clean then spent another 9 mins visiting areas it thought were low entry (all around the room, some marked on map, some not, none of them are low entry points) lowered its LDS, but really did not do any cleaning. Raised LDS, moved to different area, repeated until it decided cleaning had finished, hope this helps.
