V50 refuse to clean under sofás and section with carpets

It seems our new V50 has already gone crazy. It refused to clear
N the section of the living room with carpets and the sofás on the map has become rooms and it completely refused to enter underneath even though there is plenty of space. Anyone has the same experience?

Have you tried manually marking those area as “low lying area” on the map?  

I had the problem before but after marking those areas as low lying areas on the map, it started cleaning under those areas.
