Help! I just got mova p10 pro, just installed it and started the quick mapping it’s been more than an hour that it keeps getting stuck in the same areas. I paused it and ask to go back home. It keeps going to the same areas that it was stuck before. It’s making frustrated and sad at the same time because I had high hopes about this vacuum. What can I do?

I’m having the same problem with the p50 I just got - absolutely nothing in the way and it says there are obstacles  - it never did finish mapping - very frustrating!  Any help would be appreciated!

My app has been saying I’m in probationary period for days, says to wait 2 mins to post but doesn’t let me. How to clear this? I have feedback for the p50 unit not emptying/clogging.

Buongiorno, complimenti al MOVA 600 robot tagliaerba. Unica ma grande pecca che non si può modificare la mappa o le due mappe dall’app , ma si deve iniziare daccapo mappando nuovamente. Spero che si possa risolvere presto con un nuovo aggiornamento di mova 600.
