Impossible to make a map or to update

When I try to create a map, I’m stuck on the firmware update screen. The update button loads for a second, then nothing. Rarely, I can access the map setup, but it says the lid is open when it’s closed. I tried two 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, reset the robot three times, reinstalled the app : nothing works. Support was no help. The app is broken and makes the robot unusable. What a joke
