MOVA 1000 mower unable to connect to the network

I recently bought a MOVA 1000 robotic mower. Lately, it’s been impossible to connect it to the network.

The Wi-Fi connection is fine.
The Bluetooth connection is fine.
But the network connection doesn’t work.

I’ve had the mower for 15 days.
Do you have any solutions?
