P50 Pro Ultra not cleaning Carpet

When i tell the P50 Pro Ultra to clean the carpet (set as zone) (it has recognized the carpet) it just goes there, turns around for 3 or 4 minutes, says cleaning job done and docks. It did not clean the carpet at all, just a few small spots...... No pattern. I tried deleting the carpet, but still does nothing much there, just moving a few inches a couple of times, turning and turning, and goes back to dock. It tried both routes (quick/standard)

Our robot is not well-suited for cleaning carpets with thickness close to 2cm.

The limited lifting height of the mop head causes significant resistance when cleaning on carpets, which in turn affects the robot's cleaning path.

To prevent the robot from getting stuck, you can set it to avoid carpets in the app.
