P50 Pro Ultra - Side brush stopped spinning after one month of use - Solution?

**Usage time:** Approximately 1 month
**Issue:** Side brush stopped spinning

Hello ,

I hope you can help me with an issue that developed with my P50 Pro Ultra. After approximately one month of normal use, the side brush completely stopped working.

**Specific symptoms:**
- The side brush arm extends correctly
- The brush does NOT spin at all
- All other functions work perfectly (suction, navigation, main brush, etc.)

**What I've tried:**
- Restarting the robot
- Cleaning the side brush area
- Checking for obstructions

**Questions:**
1. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
2. Is this something that can be repaired at home or does it need technical service?
3. Could this be a software issue that might be fixed with an update?

Any advice or similar experience would be greatly appreciated. The robot otherwise works excellently, but without the side brush, corner cleaning isn't the same.

If the side brush is confirmed to be deformed, please replace it with a new one.

If there are foreign objects: During cleaning, the side brush and roller brush may become entangled with household power cords, charging cables, etc. Please remove the side brush and clean out any foreign objects. After cleaning, try to place the robot near the cleaning area for continuous cleaning. Before cleaning, please organize the power cords on the floor to prevent entanglement.
