Need help with new p10 ultra pro

This is a new vacuum robot, less than a month old. The issues that I’m having are from day one. I’m having difficulty getting support from Mova.

First issue is the detergent reservoir is still full since I filled it with the solution day one. It appears that it’s only mopping with water. I’ve checked in the app. I’ve selected everything I possibly can. I’ve looked at the dock, and the container itself. They just seems to be an issue with the pump

Second, no matter what I do the robot wants to mop on rugs. Doesn’t this Robot come with the rug detection. I’ve checked in the app created rug zones, no matter what I do it keeps wanting to mop on rugs.
Any suggestions? I’m still waiting for a response directly from MOVA, very complicated process. I just wanna talk to a technical team member which seems impossible.

Same problem here with p50 pro ultra.
Hello, the detergent is automatically dispensed at approximately 1-2 ml per use, so the amount used may not be noticeable. You can shake the dirty water tank after the base cleans the mop and check for foam to determine if the detergent has been used.

If there is no foam, please remove and reinstall the detergent container. If it still does not dispense detergent, please contact our after-sales service.

For the issue of the robot mopping on carpets, you can try the following steps to see if it improves:

Tap the three dots in the upper right corner > Carpet Settings > Avoid
