Hello,
Abnormal water levels on the washboard are closely related to the seal of the dirty water tank. You can check whether the dirty water tank cap is securely fastened and whether the seal is abnormal.
You can also check the drain outlet on the washboard for blockage and clean it promptly. Also, clean the overflow sensor on the washboard (see attached picture).
