mova 600 bluetooth

new installation mova 600, cant connect to mavahome app bluetooth. the mover turned on and you can hear a greeting message. after push ok button for 3s but nothing happens. mover say nothing and the phone dont find it. whats wrong whit this. i am stuck

Hi Now i am getting somewere, The shop i bay this mover from come to my place and get the same result as i did. its not turning bluetooth on and off, its not restart something holabaloo that i already tried 1000 times. the result is that the mover i got is broken !!!. now i got a new one and it work like a charm. so this case study is closed for me and if some one else have the samt problem, send it back for a new one.
