Add P50 Pro Ultra to second phone's MovaApp

I have added the robot to my first phone's MovaApp, when I try to add in again on my second phone it the robot
shows up as offline on the first phone, says the network has been reinitialized.
Both phones are connected to the same mova account (same mova ID) and to the same Wi-Fi network.
How can I have my robot connect to the app on two phones so I can command from anywhere with both phones?

Hello,

You cannot log into the same account on two MOVAHome APPs simultaneously. However, you can share the device from one account to another.

Click the three dots "..." in the top right corner --- Click "Device Sharing" --- Enter your other account ID --- Click "Share".

If a new account is registered through other login channels, will that new account receive the invitation message?
 
Weird because I used to be able to do that on different phones with the same account. I tried your method with device sharing but the invitation sent is never showing up on the second phone.

Hello,

To use the sharing function, please open the MOVA app, tap "My" → tap "Settings" → "General Settings," and check if your region is the same as the region where you purchased the robot vacuum. Your MOVA account and the purchased robot must be registered in the same region.

If the robot vacuum was purchased in a European country and the user's registered MOVA ID is registered in a Russian-speaking region, the robot vacuum sharing function will not be supported.

2. Shared account UID

Turns out the account on my other phone was set to a different region,changing that to the right region solved the issue.
