P10 Pro runs on own schedule

Have a P10 that does its own daily schedule. Used to be 8 pm every night, all rooms. I recently tried to edit, deleting another schedule I had done, added 2 new ones (2 pm daily 2 rooms, and 11 pm all rooms one night only). Today I came home and it was doing all rooms at 10:30 am. I rechecked my listed schedules and only the 2 I mentioned were showing, including on my wife's phone (which is my sign in).

I have previously tried remapping, and that didn't help, it still started on its own. Do I need to reset all and start over, remapping again? Please provide a solution idf possible. Thanks.

Is the time on your phone system consistent with your local time? The robot's scheduled cleaning tasks follow the time set in your phone's system.

If they are consistent, could you please provide us with the firmware version of your app and the S/N number from the label on the bottom of the robot? We will contact our technical team to provide you with further analysis.

We have received a response from the technicians.

Since November, the backend shows that the scheduled tasks you set have been started normally, and no additional cleaning records apart from the planned cleaning times have been found.

The technicians recommend that you reset the robot to factory settings.

If this issue occurs again after the reset, please provide us with a screenshot of the cleaning records from the device so that our technicians can verify the time of the issue.

Open the robot's top cover. Near the Wi-Fi indicator light on the side, there is a small reset hole. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Starting factory reset". Then turn on the robot and see if it works properly.

I gave it another 2 weeks after resetting the unit. I think it is defective as this has occurred since purchase. I will include the newest logs. After resetting, I made a scheduled cleaning for ONLY 2 pm (1400) on Mon and Fri. As you can see from the cleaning history, yesterday (and today as it started on its own again today), it starts at 17:36, and then did mopping at 22:02, which had to be stopped as we had a guest sleeping over and it wakes them. I'm not sure how it has a 17:36 start each day, which I cannot shut off because it does not appear in the schedule. I think we deserve a new unit. (And I referred a friend to you who just purchased the P50!)
