V50 disoriented

Hi,

So since a few days the robot gets completely lost.
During a cleaning task it starts to go to completely different rooms or areas as has been tasked. It also produces new maps every time that are incorrect (ads rooms that are not there).

I tried resetting the maps multiple times but it keeps doing the same thing. The robot is only a few weeks ‘old’ and has not run that much (about 6-7 times).

It also keeps going into no-go zones and gets stuck there..
It currently thinks it’s cleaning the bedroom (red circle) but it’s actually stuck in my no go zone (purple circle).

Which cleaning mode have you selected? In CleanGenius mode, the robot will not clean according to the order you set.

For the issue of the robot adding non-existent rooms, you can check if your home has high-reflection surfaces such as glass and mirrors.

We recommend closing the curtains or choosing a time with lower light to remap. For high-reflection surfaces, it's recommended to block a distance of 15 centimeters. See if this solves the problem.
