For this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Please try manually connecting the robot and the base station.
Confirm whether the charging dock/base station is connected to the power supply. Ensure that both ends of the power cord are properly inserted.
When charging, the power indicator light flashes white, and it remains solid white when fully charged. After the robot is fully charged, restart it to see if it operates normally.
Clean the charging contacts on both the charging dock and the robot to ensure good contact during charging.
