Z50 Ultra Docking Issue with Side Mop

Hello, I recently bought the Z50 ultra and seems to work great, except it fails to dock when the little magnetic side mop is installed. I've read on Reddit and other forums that it is a common issue, and when I remove the little side mop it docks perfectly. How do we solve this?

The contacts are clean, the base station is clean and on even hard floor.

Please check whether the mop cloth on the small round mop head is properly installed, and whether the mop head itself is deformed in any way.

You can try removing and reinstalling the mop. If you notice any deformation, we recommend contacting our after-sales support team for further assistance.

You actually solve this by putting 2 anti slip strips on the dock, so it can drive on the dock.
because someone did not pay attention when designing this thing, and forgot to test it properly.
I used "tesa antislip tape"
