Z60 Ultimate roller uses no detergent whatsoever

Hi,
We received our Z60 almost three weeks ago and since then it has been vacuuming and mopping daily. Often multiple times a day. However it has not used a single drop of detergent. Not during mopping and not while cleaning the roller. Does anyone have a similar problem or solution ?

Hello,

During mop cleaning, the detergent is automatically added into the pipeline and mixed with water. The amount of detergent used is relatively small.

We recommend that after the mop cleaning is completed, you shake the dirty water tank and check if there is any foam inside. If you see foam, it means the base has automatically added the detergent.

If there is no foam, we suggest contacting our after-sales support team for further assistance. Alternatively, as a temporary solution, you can manually add one capful (approximately 28 ml) of detergent into the clean water tank.

Thank you, but the levels in both detergent tanks have not changed since first filling them. I've been measuring them dailyforntwo weeks. There is no foam in the dirty water tank. I will contact the after sales department.
