Dispenser Module isn't used

I've been running the Mova for some months and now noticed that the Cleaning solution is still full. It appears that the dispenser module is not clicking into place. What can I do?

Hello,

When cleaning the mop, detergent is automatically added into the pipe and mixed with water. The amount of detergent used is relatively small.

Please check whether the automatic detergent dispensing function is enabled. If it is not enabled, please turn it on before cleaning the mop pad. After cleaning, shake the dirty water tank and check whether there is foam inside. If there is foam, it means the base has automatically added detergent.
