The base station should be placed against a wall. We recommend placing the base in a relatively open area and ensuring that there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front of the base and 0.5 meters on both sides. Keep it away from signal interference sources such as routers and televisions, and avoid reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows directly in front of it.
Please check whether the LDS laser sensor on top of the robot is rotating properly. Also check whether the robot's main wheels are slipping or getting stuck during cleaning.
If all the above possible causes have been ruled out, please open the robot's top cover, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restart the robot. Then move the base to an open area and try again.
