This mopping sucks

Last edited by Mikkel on 2026-1-23 20:29

I have a Z60 and today I unfortunately dropped a bottle of wine on my stone floor. I cleaned half of it and then I remembered that I have a robot that can do this! I picked up the broken glass and selected in the app wet floor mopping for the zone (see first video). I wasn’t impressed to say the least. Then I tried again with dry mop and deep clean settings manually set (second video) this was really disappointing and there’s definitely no AI or smartsystem in this unit. What a shit job. Isn’t this unit supposed to clean itself while mopping?? Do I have a faulty unit or is this normal?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

From your screenshot, it appears that you have set the "Mop Cleaning Frequency" to 20 square meters. Since the robot's water tank does not have a water level sensor, the robot will return to the base station to clean the mop only after mopping an area of 20 square meters.

We recommend reducing the mop cleaning area to see if this improves the situation.

Additionally, you can check if there is any blockage at the drainage outlet on the robot's roller brush and clean it promptly.
