P10 Ultra robot not emptying dirty water into dirty water tank

Hello,

Robot has washed our floors four times and cleaned the mop pads after each wash.  This is the a new robot and used for one month.  However, the robot has not emptied dirty water into the dirty water tank.  We have tried the following to trigger the process to empty the robot.  We have checked all the seals for the tank, using the correct cleaning solution.  We have cleaned the washboard base.  we have manually emptied the washboard base water and tried using the self emptying mode.  We have reviewed the installation steps and manual several occasions.  We tried these troubleshooting steps and have not worked.

Please help to resolve this issue otherwise we will be asking for refund and returning the product as it is not working as designed.
