[V50 Ultra] Voice commands

My Mova does not recognize my voice commands. I renamed the rooms as suggested by the chat support tech. That did not fix the problem. I do not have an accent so that should not be the issue. Any suggestions?

Hello, our device currently does not support controlling rooms with custom names via voice commands.
