[Z50 Ultra] Difficult to return to base

Hi, I just installed the robot, all ok but it has problems when it comes back to the base, if mop pad is installed, it seems it doesn't lift it and then gets stuck trying to get back to the base. If I remove the pad it manages to return on the first try, otherwise it takes at least 3 or more tries before it manages to return.
What can I do?

J'ai eu le même souci, j'ai réussi à y remédier en appuyant plusieurs fois sur la sortie eau sale qui se trouve au milieu de la base. Cette sortie était bloqué,  le robot n'arrivait pas à se fixer.

I don't know if it's the same problem, the removable base seems to be just 1mm higher, or the side wheel is too "new" and stiff, this causes it to get stuck during the return and it's noticeable becau

Hello, can you provide us with the SN number of your robot (it is usually located on the label at the bottom of the robot)? We will contact our technicians to analyze it for you.

Hello, after analysis, this may be caused by an internal robot arm failure. We recommend that you contact our after-sales department for further assistance.
