I ve bought a Mova P50 and during the unboxing I noticed that there is no container included with the P50 (cleaning solution container). I wondered if this is normal and is the container not included?
Im living in the Netherlands and did buy it at "bol.com" (large online retailer, comparable with amazon). Please see the picture. I checked the items i did not received in red. Can you tell me whats wrong? And do I need to contact Bol.com?
Hi,I think it would be best to contact Bol.com to get a packing list. The screenshot is the packing list from the German MOVA website. I'm not sure if this is the same as the packing list from Bol.com.
Just did contact Bol.com. Unfortunatly they do not have any stock left, so they can not send a new p50 or the missing parts. The only solution they have is to send everything back and end up without a p50 and a refund. This is not what I prefer as i already set everything up and the current retail price of a p50 is a lot higher than the price i bought it for. Can you please help me to get the missing parts? Thank you in advance!
