[MOVA 1000 and MOVA 600] MOVA mower module shows error (red exclamation mark) and cannot connect

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my MOVA robotic mower and the Link/GPS module.
The mower works normally when connected via Bluetooth. In the app, I can see the module, but it has a red exclamation mark next to it.
When I try to connect using the module, it only keeps loading and never connects. If I turn off Bluetooth, the app says that no module is available.
It seems that the module is detected but not properly activated or connected.
Could you please advise:
What does the red exclamation mark mean?
How can I properly activate or bind the module?
Does the module require any additional activation, SIM registration, or subscription?
I have Mova Lidax Ultra 800

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards.

Hello,

Regarding your issue: The 4G Link Module provides 4G Link Service. It will be automatically activated immediately after the robot is powered on. Even without Wi‑Fi, it maintains a real-time connection between the app and the robot to support remote control.

MOVA offers free 4G service for different durations depending on the model; you can check the specific period in your user manual.

As for the problem you encountered, unstable mobile network signals may cause the 4G Link service to disconnect. Please try restarting your robot.
If the issue persists, please contact MOVA after-sales support for further help.
