[MOVA 1000 and MOVA 600] Find robot location and map when robot got 'disconnected from the app'

I very recently acquired a mova 1000. My robot gets stuck on the legs supporting my outdoor awning. Those are like tubes laying on the ground, which do not get detected. This raises two questions:
- is it normal that they do not get detected? They are very similar to garden hoses. Shouldn't they get detected?
- when this happens, the robot ends up without battery anymore and could not reach the charging station. In this situation, if I want to locate the robot on the app, I can not, the app says : the robot is disconnected from the app. Is there a way to see at least the latest mowing session history on a map, so that I can locate the latest known position of the robot?

Thanks

Hello! You can click the three dots in the upper right corner of the app to access the "Work Log" and view your recent mowing records. Please note: if the robot is only connected via Bluetooth without Wi-Fi, or if the connection module is not installed, mowing data will not be synced to the app.
Regarding the robot getting stuck frequently near the awning legs, we recommend checking the area for holes or low obstacles first. Fill any holes and remove obstacles, then observe if the robot operates normally. We also would like to confirm: is your awning purchased from our official channels? Our official awnings are designed with a safety distance to prevent the robot from getting stuck.
