We apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate all the troubleshooting you have already done. Please confirm whether the leak originates from the clean water tank or the dirty water tank, as leaks mostly occur with the dirty water tank. You can try the following solutions:
1. Check if the dirty water drain outlet and filter assembly are clogged, and clean them promptly if so.
2. Open the top cover of the dirty water tank, inspect whether the sealing ring on the cover is loose or deformed. Manually reset it in a timely manner and wipe it clean with a mop.
3. After emptying sewage water, make sure the buckles of the dirty water tank are fully locked into place.
4. After placing the dirty water tank into the base station, press it down gently to guarantee it is properly installed.
5. If the above steps do not work, wipe the liquid level sensor (metal shrapnel) on the cleaning tray with a dry mop.
