[Z50 Ultra] Z60 ultra cliff sensors suddenly broken

I've tried to start my Z60 ultra today, it started to clean normally. After it drove on a carpet it started to reverse.
After all I checked what's happening and wanted to continue cleaning, but it told me that cliff sensors are dirty and I need to move the device out of carpet and continue cleaning.
After that it keeps saying the same, even if I cleaned all of the sensors including all cliff ones (4). They are super clean.
I shutdown the robot for 1h+ but it didn't help. I tried to press the wheels up move them up and down, but it didn't help. During moving the wheels the clicking sound is hearable - like sensor is clicking, so seems fine.

Hello, thank you very much for all the troubleshooting you have already carried out. You may try the following solutions:
First, check your carpet. If it is thin or made of soft material, the robot may slip while driving on it, which leads to abnormal cleaning path. You can use some heavy objects to fix the four corners of the carpet.
Then inspect the drive wheels. If they are covered with dust or heavily worn, insufficient friction will affect the robot’s movement. Please clean the drive wheels thoroughly.
Also check whether it is a long-pile or thick carpet. When cleaning, the main brush may get too close to the carpet or tangled with carpet fibers, causing uneven resistance and inconsistent rotating speed of left and right wheels. Please go to Carpet Settings → Carpet Vacuum, and turn on Detailed Carpet Cleaning and Chassis Lifting for Carpet Cleaning. After enabling these functions, the robot will lift its chassis automatically to reduce friction, optimize the cleaning route and improve carpet cleaning performance.
If the problem persists after these operations, please provide the device SN and share your robot to our account. Our technical team will conduct remote verification. If a hardware defect is confirmed, we will handle your case properly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
