MOVA 1000 Alarm sound doesn't work

Hello to all,

I have a MOVA 1000 device with the firmware version 4.3.6._0327, when I lift it the alarm anti-theft doesn't make any sound. I made a test with an on-going cutting activity, put in pause and the lift has been made. I also made a test by pressing the emergency button "STOP" but without any alarm sound.

Can someone help me?

If the safety key on the robot is removed, the lift alarm feature will not be enabled.

Hello, does the robot play a power-on/power-off melody when it turns on and off?

If there's still no sound, it may be a speaker malfunction. We recommend contacting customer service for further assistance.
