Only cleaning carpet, not the room.

Every morning my vacuum cleans the pantry, kitchen and lounge. It's set for X2 cleaning of each area.

All the same flooring, the kitchen and lounge are the same room but seperated in the app.

The pantry and kitchen clean fine. The lounge has a rug in the middle cleaned and none of the surrounding flooring.

What settings are wrong? I want it to clean the whole room, every last cm of it, not just the carpet.

It's set to mop and vac.

Please help.

Based on the screenshot, it appears that the robot detected the space or passage as being too narrow, which caused it to miss cleaning those areas properly.

We recommend clearing some of the obstacles in your living room to provide more space for the robot to pass through.

You can also wipe the edge sensor on the right side of the robot with a soft, dry cloth. Please ensure that the edge sensor is not blocked by any objects or obstacles.

Next, please turn off the Collision‑avoidance mode and check if the situation improves:

Top right corner (three dots) → Floor Cleaning Settings → Collision‑avoidance mode

Alternatively, you may try removing the carpet and then run a single‑room cleaning to see if the issue is resolved.
