Based on the screenshot, it appears that the robot detected the space or passage as being too narrow, which caused it to miss cleaning those areas properly.
We recommend clearing some of the obstacles in your living room to provide more space for the robot to pass through.
You can also wipe the edge sensor on the right side of the robot with a soft, dry cloth. Please ensure that the edge sensor is not blocked by any objects or obstacles.
Next, please turn off the Collision‑avoidance mode and check if the situation improves:
Top right corner (three dots) → Floor Cleaning Settings → Collision‑avoidance mode
Alternatively, you may try removing the carpet and then run a single‑room cleaning to see if the issue is resolved. |
